If you want to road test your interviewing skills, try videotaping a mock interview. To get yourself in the mood, dress just as you would for a real interview and have a friend ask you questions you haven't seen in advance.</p> <p>Prepare yourself ahead of time for general interview questions, such as "Why should we hire you," "Why do you want to work for us" and "What are your three biggest weaknesses," by memorizing a good one-minute story as an answer for each.
